"In Fredericton to attend a celebration and sat beside one of the servers from Coastline that said if my wife and I liked authentic Italian food, we should visit Jenny the owner and her wonderful team and enjoy the food. We opted for their Detroit-style ‘Canadian: bacon, mushroom, red onion and a red-pepper infused maple syrup… O.M.G. I’ve had Sicilian pizza in NYC, and Detroit in Detroit but you need to taste this to believe it! Wow. PLEASE go see Jenny. Her snd her team have an amazing customer service mindset and food you will not forget!!"
"While visiting Fredericton for work I thankfully stumbled upon Coastline pizza after a few other disappointing pizza experiences I can happily say I would reccomend coastline to a y9ne seeking the most delicious, thick and fluffy detroit pizza with the perfect crispy edges! I have the red stripe personal detroit pizza with pepperoni and a Ceasars salad and I was surprised by how filling the personal pizza was! The atmosphere was very relaxed and the music was enjoyable. The service was exceptional and the food arrived incredibly fast (admittedly it was a quiet night). Again I would 10/10 reccomend it to anyone looking for good food in downtown Fredericton 😀 sorry I would have taken a pictures of the delicious meal but I was too excited to eat it!"
"Stopped into the new Coastline Pizza location on a whim for lunch as I work in the building. Really enjoyed my noodle bowl with added chicken (it’s a cold dish). There was plenty of noodles, sauce and veggies in the bowl and I feel like I got a great value in my meal. Sauce is a little heavy on salt (maybe too much fish sauce?) but a perfect spice level. Next time I would prefer chopsticks to normal cutlery - also note that the veggies were slightly bigger than bite sized so it was a little awkward cutting huge florettes of cauliflower to a smaller size in my curved bowl. That being said the veggies were perfectly cooked with a light crunch remaining, which is difficult to achieve. Overall good experience and would most definitely order this again. Staff was very friendly and welcoming!"
